Harry Anthony Patrinos is the Practice Manager for the Europe and Central Asia region of the World Bank's education global practice. He specializes in all areas of education, especially school-based management, demand-side financing and public-private partnerships. He managed education lending operations and analytical work programs in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico, as well as a regional research project on the socioeconomic status of Latin America's Indigenous Peoples, published as Indigenous Peoples, Poverty and Human Development in Latin America (Palgrave Macmillan, 2006). He is one of the main authors of the report, Lifelong Learning in the Global Knowledge Economy (World Bank, 2003). Mr. Patrinos has many publications in the academic and policy literature, with more than 40 journal articles. He is co-author of the books: Policy Analysis of Child Labor: A Comparative Study (St. Martin's, 1999), Decentralization of Education: Demand-Side Financing (World Bank, 1997), and Indigenous People and Poverty in Latin America: An Empirical Analysis with George Psacharopoulos (World Bank/Ashgate, 1994). He has also worked in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. He previously worked as an economist at the Economic Council of Canada. Mr. Patrinos received a doctorate from the University of Sussex.

Vikas Pota is Chairman of global education charity the Varkey Foundation and Group Chief Executive of Tmrw Digital, which invests in education technology businesses and has established the Tmrw Institute to advance understanding of the education technology sector in key areas.

At a time when we face a global education crisis — with the urgent need to recruit 69 million teachers to meet the UN's Sustainable Development Goal of universal quality education — Vikas responded by getting presidents, prime ministers and even the Pope around the table by convening the annual Global Education & Skills Forum — widely known as the 'Davos of Education' — to discuss how to meet this challenge.

Vikas established the $1 Million Global Teacher Prize, which has brought together world leaders and stars such as Lewis Hamilton, Matthew McConaughey, Princes William and Harry, Bill Gates, Hugh Jackman and the late Stephen Hawking in celebration of the work teachers do. The prize — known as the 'Nobel of Teaching' — has unearthed the stories of thousands of inspirational teachers to shine a spotlight on the profession. Vikas identified that by raising teacher respect in this way, we could help encourage the best and brightest to go into and stay in the teaching profession to solve the recruitment and retention crisis.

Vikas has won numerous awards and honours for his work including being named by the Evening Standard as one of London's Top 1000 most influential people, being appointed a visiting practitioner by Harvard University, and being selected to join the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders programme by HRH Queen Rania of Jordan.

Dr. Osama Obeidat is the Chief Executive Officer of Queen Rania Teacher Academy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in education quality, policy, evaluation, reform, among other areas.

Previously, he was with Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge where he worked for 6 years as the Director of the school inspection system, which monitors and evaluates the quality of education in all public and private schools at the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Before moving to Abu Dhabi, Dr. Osama established and managed multiple monitoring and evaluation systems in Jordan. He also consulted for several local and international organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, EDT, Ministries of Education in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Rwanda, and Iraq.
Dr. Osama's academic experience include working for 5 years as a professor and researcher of education at the Hashemite University in Jordan. He also worked for 3 years as an Assistant to the Director, Institute of International Studies in Education at the University of Pittsburgh-USA.

Dr. Osama holds a PhD in International and Development of Education from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003, a Certificate in Evaluation Practices from George Washington University as well as an Executive Leadership Certificate from INSEAD.

Safeena Husain is the Founder and Executive Director at Educate Girls – a non-profit organisation that partners with the Government and with communities to improve access and quality of education for all children, especially young girls.

After graduating from the London School of Economics, Safeena spent over a decade working with grassroots projects in Latin America, Africa & Asia. In India, Safeena chose the agenda closest to her heart – that of girls' education. To commence work, Safeena together with a local team, conducted a 50-school test project in Rajasthan and its success led to the initiation of Educate Girls in 2007. This was followed by a 500-school pilot project in Pali district and since then Educate Girls has scaled operations to 16 districts in the states of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, having over 6.7 million total beneficiaries of its programmatic interventions.

Under Safeena's leadership, Educate Girls initiated the world's first Development Impact Bond (DIB) in education, a proof of concept that ties funding to outcomes. In 2018, on its completion, the Educate Girls' DIB surpassed both its target outcomes by achieving 160% of its learning target and 116% of its enrolment target. It aims to become a proof of concept for replication and scale-up in education sector and beyond.

Safeena's efforts to bridge the gender gap in education in India have been widely recognized. She has been conferred with the 2017 NITI Aayog's Women Transforming India Award and has in the past received the British Asian Trust's Special Recognition Award from HRH Prince Charles for outstanding contribution in education. Moreover, Educate Girls has received the prestigious 2015 Skoll Award, 2014 WISE Award, the 2014 USAID Millennium Alliance Award, the 2014 Stars Impact Award and the India Development Marketplace Award in 2011 from the World Bank.

The overall sales of company exceeded 118.7 billion rubles ($1.9 billion) in 2018. According to analysts of Forbes magazine, Wildberries is worth approximately $1.2 billion. Wildberries has become the largest online store in Russia, according to Data Insight for three years in a row.

Sergey Solonin was born on November 28, 1973 in Moscow. Currently, he occupies the posts of General Director of the FinTech Association, General Director of the QIWI Group, and Co-Director of the "Finnet" working group (The Agency of Strategic Initiatives).

Sergey Solonin has made private investments into promising fintech projects by becoming a co-investor in the Instamart, TimePad, Youdo, Gaijin, Arena Market, Aviasales, SEO Pult, BitFury, Ecwid, Obed-Bufet, and Ramensky Confectionery Factory projects. Sergey is also co-owner of several restaurants, Ruski and Insight. At the start of 2019, he invested in the food delivery service "Food in the Neighborhood" (Kukhnya na rayone).
